Christmas Shipping Dates:
Please place your order on or before these dates to receive it in time for Christmas.
Mon 19th December – UK
Sun 11th December – Western Europe
Thu 8th December – Eastern Europe, USA and Canada
Sun 4th December – South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Far East (including Japan), Australia and New Zealand
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days after your order is placed.
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail first class post.
Express delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK and International Signed For to everywhere else.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
UK: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
USA & Rest of World: 5-7 business days
Shipping Costs
UK: £1.90
Europe: £2.30
USA & Rest of World: £2.50
Creatures and Prints cost an additional £2 for postage.
Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal or Google Checkout. A PayPal account is not required to use cards through PayPal. Please contact me if you would like to pay by cheque or if you’re having any trouble.
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item should arrive damaged or not as described then I can refund you or send a replacement. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any queries.
